Frequently asked questions

Do I have to enter data by hand to see the figures?+

No. The dashboard fills itself from ordinary use of CiaoBarber: appointments, till sales, client profiles and inventory. There are no spreadsheets to keep and no numbers to type in. The more you use the system, the more complete the picture gets.

Can I export reports for my accountant?+

Yes. Reports export as CSV, which opens in Excel and in any accounting package. They include transaction detail, revenue by period, a breakdown by payment method and a summary by service.

Can my barbers see the figures too?+

That depends on their role. Barbers with the Staff role see only their own figures. Managers see the whole team. Only the Owner sees the full financial picture, margins and advanced reports.
